Resulve ("we", "us") helps Philippine businesses run an AI receptionist on their channels — Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and their website — where it answers customers, books appointments, and captures leads, and can connect to tools like Google Calendar, your CRM, and Google Sheets. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

1. Information we collect

Account data (name, email) when you sign up; workspace and bot configuration you create; the knowledge content you upload; conversation messages exchanged with your bots; and billing identifiers from our payment processor (we never store full card numbers). When you connect an integration, we also store the access credentials needed to act on your behalf and process the specific data each action requires — for example, your calendar's availability and the events the bot creates, or the lead records it adds to your CRM or spreadsheet. We also collect basic usage and device information to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use it

To provide and improve the service — running your bots, grounding answers in your knowledge, booking appointments and capturing leads through the integrations you connect, enforcing plan limits, processing payments, preventing abuse, and providing support. Data from connected integrations is used only to perform the actions you configure. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use connected-integration data for advertising or to train AI/ML models.

3. Connected integrations (Google, your CRM, and others)

When you connect a third-party account — such as Google Calendar, HubSpot, or Google Sheets — you authorize Resulve to perform the actions you set up, like checking availability and creating calendar events, or adding leads to your CRM or spreadsheet. We access only the data those actions require, and only while the connection is active. Access tokens are held by our self-hosted integration layer on our own infrastructure, encrypted, and are never exposed to the browser. You can disconnect any integration at any time from your dashboard, which revokes our access.

4. Google user data — Limited Use

Resulve's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google Calendar data solely to provide the booking features you enable; we do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide the service or as required by law; we do not use it for advertising; and we do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security, or to comply with law.

5. Sub-processors

We share data with infrastructure providers strictly to deliver the service: Supabase (database & auth), a third-party AI inference provider (chat), an embeddings provider (RAG vectors), and PayMongo (payments). When you connect an integration, the relevant provider (for example Google, or your CRM) also processes the data that action requires. Each processes data on our behalf or under your authorization, under their own terms.

6. Storage & security

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with access controls and row-level security so each workspace can only access its own data. Secrets, integration access tokens, and payment credentials are handled server-side and never exposed to the browser.

7. Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Email us to exercise these rights; we may need to verify your identity first.

8. Retention

We keep data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can delete bots, knowledge, conversations, and integration connections at any time, and request full account deletion.
